Southampton City Council is recruiting a dedicated Telecare Services Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with our City Telecare Services Team to provide emergency support to individuals across Southampton. Key responsibilities include responding to emergency telecare alarm calls, conducting assessments, and providing support and reassurance as needed.

This role requires a full UK driving licence, as travel may be required. Uniform and PPE will be provided. Working hours are 08:30-21:30hrs, with every other weekend on Saturday and/or Sunday.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Benefits include a generous local government pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and 25 days annual leave (pro rata), plus bank holidays.
