The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard, possess excellent teamwork skills, and be highly motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality food to a consistent standard, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Teamwork: Assist the team in meeting deadlines and targets, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new recipes and menus, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
