We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality spa treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps
  • Provide personalized consultations to guests to determine their treatment needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the spa
  • Upsell and promote our spa products and services
Requirements:
  • UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage
  • Experience working as a Spa Therapist in a busy luxury spa environment
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality treatments
  • Able to work 24 hours per week across 3 shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
