We are inviting applications for Radiographer positions from Student Radiographers, who must hold a BSc/MSc in Radiography or other recognised qualification, and have current UKHCPC Registration or be eligible for or in the registration process for UKHCPC.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to gain experience in PET-CT through our Graduate Preceptorship scheme. During the preceptorship, you will be supported by our mentors and assessors, and will follow our Clinical Competency Framework and Clinical Competency Pathway.

The role involves working with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers/Technologists/Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff. You will also be required to IV cannulate patients as part of the role, and Alliance Medical will provide full training for those without prior experience.

We operate a robust pre-employment screening process for all roles, which includes Identity, right to work in the UK, Professional registration and qualifications, Employment history and references (for the previous 5 years), Criminal record and barring (Standard or Enhanced DBS check), and Occupational health assessments. All offers of employment are subject to satisfactory completion of these checks.

The starting salary for this role is in line with AFC Band 5, and you will have access to our PET-CT Academy supported by the Christie School of Oncology.

This role is a 40 hour per week Monday – Sunday position, with no on-call commitment.
