We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Team Member to join our team at Henderson Group. As a Deli Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and cooking food, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Listen to and understand customer needs, advising on products and services
- Provide a first-class service to all customers
- Prepare, cook, and bake goods, adhering to food safety regulations
- Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties
- Work as part of a team to ensure all counters remain fresh and appetizing for customers
- Undertake other duties as required for the role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Good hygiene standards
