We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Team Member to join our team at Henderson Group. As a Deli Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve food, including sandwiches, salads, and baked goods, in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the deli counter, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the deli.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
