Global Business Expansion Manager – UK, Europe and International Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Expansion Manager to join our team at Radical Motorsport Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial professional with a passion for motorsport to lead the expansion of our dealer network across the globe.
About the RoleThis senior role will involve developing and expanding our global dealer network by identifying and engaging with potential new dealers in new markets. You will also be responsible for supporting our existing dealer partners in setting and achieving sales targets through regular reviews of tailored business and marketing plans.
You will research regional and global trends, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer to shape commercial strategy together with creating and developing new business opportunities. Directly involved in recruitment of new dealer partners in unrepresented geographical areas, managing their appointment, training support, technical resources and business growth.
This role will also involve influencing Business and Product Strategy from a commercial standpoint and contributing to Senior Management Team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and expand the global dealer network
- Support existing dealer partners in achieving sales targets
- Research regional and global trends to inform commercial strategy
- Recruit new dealer partners in unrepresented geographical areas
- Influence Business and Product Strategy from a commercial standpoint
- Solid commercial background leading to a 1st or 2nd senior sales role
- Degree-level education; strong verbal/written communication and numerical skills
- Technical appreciation of vehicles with motorsport experience
- Sound commercial acumen and excellent presentation skills
- Experience in setting up franchisees and selling via a franchise dealer network
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation skills
- Enthusiastic with a keen personal interest in Motorsport
- Self-starter, logical, organized (project driven), deadline-orientated and team player
- Full Time, Permanent Contract
- Competitive Salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum)
- Annual Leave: 33 days per year including UK national holidays
