Clinical Haematology Specialist

The Clinical Haematology Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality haemoglobinopathies service at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This role requires an experienced nurse leader to triage sickle cell patients, coordinate care across various settings, and provide clinical leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting adolescents transferring to the adult Haemoglobinopathies service
- Providing expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals
- Liaising with haematologists, bed managers, and nurses to optimize treatment pathways
The successful candidate will have a first-level registered nursing qualification, relevant post-registration experience, and evidence of clinical leadership. A competitive salary of £54,320 - £60,981 per annum will be offered, commensurate with experience.
