Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute firmwide and strategic pitches.
- Innovate and improve the firm's bids process.
- Collaborate with partners and the BD team to craft compelling content.
- Ensure all pitch materials are current and aligned with the firm's brand.
- Maintain and champion pitch standards across the Business Development team.
- Handle firmwide panel RFPs and significant transactional pitches.
- Manage and advise on new business opportunities.
- Develop tailored, compelling value propositions and sales messages.
- Work with internal teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate pitches.
- Regularly update pitch collateral for optimal efficiency and relevance.
- Provide top-notch service for pitch support and business development activities.
- Conduct research to support targeted business development.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business development within professional services or advisory roles.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal clients.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in systems and databases (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
