Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute firmwide and strategic pitches.
  • Innovate and improve the firm's bids process.
  • Collaborate with partners and the BD team to craft compelling content.
  • Ensure all pitch materials are current and aligned with the firm's brand.
  • Maintain and champion pitch standards across the Business Development team.
  • Handle firmwide panel RFPs and significant transactional pitches.
  • Manage and advise on new business opportunities.
  • Develop tailored, compelling value propositions and sales messages.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate pitches.
  • Regularly update pitch collateral for optimal efficiency and relevance.
  • Provide top-notch service for pitch support and business development activities.
  • Conduct research to support targeted business development.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development within professional services or advisory roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal clients.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in systems and databases (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
