Job Title: Care Home ManagerWe're seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at Applewood. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and services are delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and services
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent outcomes
- Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attractive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience
