About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Mango Oxford Westgate. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results
  • Monitor and control stock levels, merchandise standards, and selling space to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Ensure effective personnel administration, including recruitment, training, and performance management
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a dynamic store environment within the fashion retail industry
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
