We are currently seeking a Quality Management System Development Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in order to drive efficiencies and continually improve business processes.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company in the insurance industry, with a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum (part-time equivalent). The position is based in Kent and requires flexibility in working hours, with part-time hours of between 18 to 22 per week, between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and maintaining QMS systems, experience of carrying out audits on a quality system, and strong research and analytical skills. They will also possess effective and professional verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, and good IT skills especially Microsoft Office, CRM systems, data systems etc.
