Job Title: Quality Management Systems Specialist

Location: Kent

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Systems Specialist to join one of Kent's well-respected insurance brokers. As the QMS/Audit Manager, you will work directly with the business to develop and establish their QMS in order to drive efficiencies around process improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining QMS documentation, maintaining the quality data collection and reporting system, performing QMS audits, and providing QMS training. You will ensure quality standards are met throughout the entire business and ensure compliance with applicable regulations whilst preparing effective and high-quality audit reports to assist with system development and training.

With previous experience and working knowledge of the QMS/Audit markets, along with hands-on experience of developing Quality Management Systems, this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to contribute to the continuous improvement of our client's processes.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (pro rata) depending on experience

This is a part-time role with a flexible working pattern of 18-22 hours per week, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance while contributing to the growth and success of our client's business.
