  • Conduct pre-dive checks and configuration of the HAUV, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
  • Pilot the HAUV during operations, utilizing your knowledge of subsea infrastructure and operational techniques to ensure successful completion of workscopes.
  • Assist in the organization and planning of equipment maintenance, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Launch and recover subsea equipment per operating procedures and within the operating range of sea states.
  • Ensure all pilot logs, video records, and survey sensor deliverables are produced satisfactorily and filed for reference.
  • Participate in observing and data recording, providing valuable insights to improve our operations.

  • A qualification in electrical engineering, particularly in high voltage, is essential for this role.
  • Substantial relevant experience in conducting intervention operations, pipeline surveys, and inspection tasks is required.
  • Previous experience working with ROV or AUVs, during subsea surveys or intervention workscopes, is essential.
  • A strong understanding of subsea infrastructure, including pipelines, cables, platforms, and other subsea structures, is crucial.
  • Familiarity with subsea operational techniques for intervention and survey workscopes is necessary to assist the team to perform effectively.
  • Proficiency integrating surveying instruments and equipment such as multibeam sonars, subsea positioning systems (USBL, LBL), side-scan sonars, ROV sensors, and subsea navigation software.
  • Having a solid working knowledge of networking is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a team player attitude are required.
