At Leonardo, we are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Sector Lead to spearhead our material supply excellence. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless production part material supply. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating multi-functional involvement to resolve complex issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships and Joint Action Plans (JAPs). A good understanding of fundamentals such as MRP, push-pull scheduling, and BOBJ reporting is essential. You should also possess delegation skills, leadership, and performance management experience, including coaching and mentoring.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including an award-winning pension scheme, 25 days' annual leave, flexible working options, and access to over 4,000 online courses via Coursera. Key Performance Indicators:

  • Effective communication and execution of all Functional/Legislative governance and compliance
  • Demonstrated performance KPIs managed and appropriate RCCA carried out when outwith target
  • Alignment of supplier delivery with Internal MPS Plans and any associated Material Supply Risk Mitigation Plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across IPT/Sector/LOB
  • Good organisational skills, demonstrated through ability to plan and prioritise
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
