Data Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our Supply Chain Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for utilizing data analytics to provide insights and drive key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also work closely with our supply chain colleagues to understand processes and enable continuous improvement.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain advanced Excel skills, including index tables, arrays, and logical formulas. Additionally, you will be expected to create reports and tools that simplify supply processes and democratize data.
The ideal candidate will possess technical skills in SQL, DAX, data visualization software such as Power BI, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Soft skills, including a desire to learn and develop, customer focus, time management, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, are also essential.
At The Boots Company PLC, we foster a working environment where consideration and inclusivity help everyone to be themselves and reach their full potential. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a contributory pension scheme and 25 days annual leave.
