About the Job

As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. You will work closely with our care team to deliver personalized care plans and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

You will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus our comprehensive benefits and rewards package.
