About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Regulation Enforcement and Compliance Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing regulations and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

About You

We are looking for someone with a professional, calm, and positive manner, who is able to be sensitive but remain objective. You will need effective communication and listening skills, as well as the ability to work shifts and be flexible. You should also have the confidence to tackle inappropriate behaviors and the ability to work in a team, but equally under your own initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce regulations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Work with the public, providing information and guidance on regulations and laws
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including the public, other agencies, and community groups
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support enforcement actions
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
