About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Regulation Enforcement and Compliance Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enforcing laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce laws and regulations related to parking, anti-social behaviour, and environmental crime
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to develop and implement effective compliance strategies
  • Provide a uniformed and reassuring presence in the community
  • Deal with people from diverse backgrounds and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Professional and calm demeanor
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work shifts and be flexible
  • Confidence to tackle inappropriate behaviours
  • Good written skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of the confidential nature of the work
  • Ability to work out of doors in varying weather conditions
  • Full clean driving licence
