About the Role

Bicycle Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company seeking a talented scientist with strong experience in in vivo radiopharmaceutical evaluation to support the preclinical research and discovery efforts for our expanding portfolio of Bicycle-based therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design, execution, and interpretation of results from in vivo pharmacology studies to evaluate the activities of Bicycle Radio Conjugates (BRCTM)
  • Manage in vivo pharmacology research through a network of Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and academic collaborations
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional disciplines (biology, DMPK, translational sciences, toxicology) and engage internal stakeholders to drive decisions
  • Effectively document and communicate results company-wide in diverse settings ranging from project team meetings to internal Learning and Development (L&D) scientific forums
  • Lead in vivo pharmacology sample management
  • Author publications in peer-reviewed journals and represent Bicycle at conferences with scientific presentations in poster or oral formats
Requirements
  • PhD in biological sciences with extensive industrial experience
  • Experience in pre-clinical biodistribution and efficacy assessment of radiopharmaceuticals using techniques such as PET and/or SPECT imaging, and ex-vivo biodistribution is required
  • A strong background in cancer biology is preferred
