As a key member of our SHDF retrofit programme, you will be responsible for managing site operations, staff, and sub-contractors to ensure that all works are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operational delivery of planned works contracts
  • Coordinating internal and external works, including wall cavity insulation, new windows, doors, storage heaters, and roofing
  • Monitoring work programme progression and completion via site visits
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations, Mears standard operating procedures, and company values

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,900 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave and volunteering leave.
