Job Summary:

Eden Brown is seeking an experienced Interim Estates Manager to join our team on an interim basis for 6-9 months. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of a large multi-service complex PFI contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the PFI contract, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to contractual obligations.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop a long-term strategic plan and roadmap for the account, aligned to the client's strategic objectives, using insight from data analytics.
  3. Financial Management: Own the P&L for the account, driving both top line growth and bottom-line performance, making trade-off decisions between service lines as required.
  4. Client Relationships: Build, enhance and sustain long-lasting client relationships at all levels within the account, positioning the client as a trusted partner.
  5. Operational Excellence: Take ownership and act promptly to get things done whilst demonstrating a commitment to high-quality standards.
