About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our Accounting and Business Advisory (ABA) team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality financial reporting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of financial reports and providing exceptional client service.
  • Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of technical expertise and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide additional services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial reporting regulations and standards, ensuring our clients receive expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's technical skills and knowledge, ensuring we remain at the forefront of financial reporting expertise.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA fully qualified, with at least three years PQE and one year experience of managing a full portfolio of clients.
  • Strong technical skills, with in-depth knowledge of UK financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
