Job Title: Travel Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management and sales teams in achieving targets by providing exceptional administrative support.
  • Manage and distribute all sales enquiries to staff, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage an absent consultant's sales desk and all correspondence with clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of work, checking booking confirmations and monitoring standards of administration on bookings.
  • Monitor and maintain sales office resources, including internal documents and the sales environment.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Attend product training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and developments.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with weekly and monthly tasks and reports, providing valuable insights and support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administration role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for Australia, with the ability to share this enthusiasm with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings.
