Engine Development Specialist

This is a role within The Collective Network's growing engine test facility.
You'll be tasked with working on some really exciting engine projects and play a key part in hitting high-quality standards to meet customers' needs.
The ideal candidate will come from an automotive/motorsport background with engine test experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Work on engine development projects to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of engine testing procedures and protocols.
- A competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £55,000 per year.
- A Monday-to-Friday straight days role with no shift work involved.
