**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly experienced Aftersales Director to join our team at VickerStock. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our aftersales strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing staffing structure, current processes, costings/pricings, approach, and infrastructure set up to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability in the aftersales department
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £130,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, car allowance, and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
