Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Jobit, working part-time for 9 months. This role involves managing daily accounts and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit VAT returns, manage credit control, and process supplier payments.
  • Record bank entries, conduct reconciliations, and enter journals for re-coding purposes.
  • Generate and issue sales invoices through third-party systems and run financial reports using accounting software.
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash, ensuring accuracy in accounting software and spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience or 3 years as an accounts assistant. A competitive salary is on offer, including free on-site parking.
