Bookkeeping Specialist

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper with 2-3 years of experience to join Jobit's finance department. Working 24 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounts and performing various administrative tasks.

Key requirements include possessing 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience or 3 years as an accounts assistant. Additionally, the candidate should have skills in preparing and submitting VAT returns, managing credit control, and processing supplier payments.

Responsibilities also include recording bank entries, conducting reconciliations, and entering journals for re-coding purposes. The successful applicant will generate and issue sales invoices through third-party systems and run financial reports using accounting software.

This Part-Time role offers a competitive salary and free on-site parking. Estimated salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum.
