We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Homelink Property Services Ltd.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Operations: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, invoices, proposals, and other financial documents, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Cost Management: Analyze and manage costs, including labor, materials, and overheads, to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Payroll and Taxation: Manage payroll processing, including salary payments, benefits, and tax compliance, as well as ensure accurate and timely tax payments.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems, including accounting software, to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Qualifications: ACCA qualification or equivalent, with a strong background in finance and accounting.
- Experience: Proven experience in financial management, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as experience with financial software and systems.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
