Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Receptional. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end finance operations, financial forecasting, management reporting, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and board reports.
- Develop and implement KPI reporting to ensure accurate forecasting and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements, including quarterly VAT returns and year-end accounts.
- Manage the finance team, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a growing company.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and excellent Excel skills, including formulas and modelling.
- Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), as well as proficiency in producing management accounts and financial analysis.
