About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive profitable revenue growth and market leadership for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. As a key member of our SLT, you will develop and execute market strategy growth, empowering our organization to achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define market strategy, overall business goals, and objectives, aligning with our company's vision.
  • Create plans for each business unit, collaborating with the SLT and teams to bring the business strategy to life.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic priorities, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Monitor market and competitive landscapes, working closely with the product team to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and execute partnership and acquisition strategies, identifying suitable opportunities and collaborating with the AVP Strategy and SLT.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a leader in insurance/financial services, with expertise in market analysis, strategy, and delivery.
  • Deep understanding of the market, with the ability to articulate market problems and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Interest in the evolving landscape of insurance and the potential of data to create value.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving business outcomes.
  • Expertise in data interpretation, with the ability to identify themes, make recommendations, and craft compelling stories.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with comfort presenting to senior management and external partners.
