About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled finance professional to join our team as a Director of Financial Strategy. As a key member of our Revenue and Analytics Team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the leadership team to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial analysis and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a senior finance role, with a strong background in financial strategy and planning.
  • Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
