Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Servicing and Support line of business (CS3), where you will be responsible for managing programme and project risks, threats, and opportunities. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage programme and project risks, threats, and opportunities to reduce impact on programme and project
  • Take leadership roles in addressing non-conformances and failures, including root cause identification and corrective actions
  • Provide guidance to the Assurance Team to meet programme and IPT objectives
  • Contribute to the improvement of our assurance function across all phases of the programme, product, and project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying quality tools, such as root cause analysis, process mapping, and verification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style
  • Ability to work with numerous stakeholders and contribute to high-functioning quality teams
  • Experience in Defence Electronics or a similarly complex industry
