The Role
We seek a highly motivated Quality Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in maintaining exceptional standards of care. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
About the Job
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Quality Manager to oversee the development and implementation of quality systems, policies, and procedures within our Home Care services. The successful candidate will have experience in quality management, preferably within a healthcare setting, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, policies, and procedures that meet regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on quality performance, including incident reports and corrective actions.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate staff on quality management principles and best practices.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a related field, such as nursing, health sciences, or business administration.
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
What We Offer:
Nurse Seekers offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
