Swim Instructor Role

Nuffield Health is seeking a confident and approachable Swimming Instructor to provide safe and effective swimming lessons for our customers.

As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for engaging and inspiring swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals, making the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop, and delivering one-to-one lessons or group classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
  • Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
  • Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer
