What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.

We are looking for warm and friendly people to join our team supporting a 3 females who live in a shared house in Shipley. You will be working alongside them in their own home so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. This role will involve a real hands-on approach and you will be supporting people to maintain their health and wellbeing. They enjoy a variety of activities at home from cooking and cleaning to jigsaws and also getting out in the wider community and beyond as one of the females enjoys holidaying abroad.

**What will you do?**

Supporting people is really important but it’s not all jogsaws out and swimming. We also support people to take their medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices or maintain their home in a way they are safe and well.
