About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves working 45 hours per week, five days out of seven, and alternative weekends. You'll collaborate with management and other staff members to achieve high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer care, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Use your excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries effectively.
  • Monitor and control expenditure.
  • Run daily reports and implement actions accordingly.
  • Contribute to promoting the branch and maintaining customer satisfaction as a top priority.
  • Cover at other branches when needed.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • The flexibility to work varied shifts on a rota basis and cover other branches.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
