**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires flexibility, patience, and a non-judgemental approach.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with medication management and administration
- Promote independence by encouraging residents to participate in daily activities and hobbies
- Assist with manual handling tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service monitoring requirements

**Requirements**
- Experience working with people with learning disabilities and complex needs (desirable)
- Flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including weekends
- Patient and non-judgemental approach
- Ability to complete physical aspects of the role, including manual handling
- Valid driving licence (essential)
