Job Title: Third Line Support Specialist

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Third Line Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide advanced technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex network issues and implementing upgrades and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide third line support to our customers, resolving complex network issues and implementing upgrades and enhancements.
  • Design and implement Internet Protocol (IP) networks, with a focus on satellite communications systems.
  • Manage the installation and configuration of new system elements, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Test and commission new equipment and services, ensuring compliance with UK security requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to provide expert technical support and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the design and delivery of IP communication networks, ideally with Cisco accreditation.
  • Knowledge of satellite communications technology and its applications.
  • Proven track record of working in a telecoms or satellite communication company.
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant Engineering Discipline.
  • Security Clearance: Developed Vetting (DV) clearance required.
