Company Overview

At Three, we're committed to growth and innovation in our Marketing department. We're seeking a seasoned Brand Marketing Director to lead our brand and product marketing efforts across all channels, driving business growth and brand awareness.

This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing Communications and is critical to realizing our ambitious marketing vision. You'll manage a team of 3 reports and set the standards for exceptional creative and communications execution in brand and product marketing.

You'll work closely with our partner agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver against our marketing strategy, driving business results and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Manage multi-million-pound media and production budgets, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Work closely with senior channel leads to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand marketing leadership, with a track record of driving business growth and brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including comms planning, creative development, and media execution.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the business, influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Hybrid Working

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of office-based and remote work. Our core hours are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 and 18:30.
