HR Operations Analyst

The European HR team at Millennium Management has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Human Resources professional to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As HR Operations Analyst, you will provide comprehensive HR Operations support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, working closely with the existing US-based HR Operations team to identify and drive process improvements across all HR Operations modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Completion of internal onboarding, WorkDay onboarding, and administration of candidates and joiners, working with internal teams on new starters and transfers.
  • Job Changes and Separation: Completion of all job changes in Workday and issue related documentation, complete separation process in Workday and IT Service Now, and issue related documentation, update benefits impacted by the changes or separation.
  • General: Answering employees' general HR queries, updating staff records, maintaining confidential filing, completing required audits of data, and participating in specific projects and performing ad-hoc requests as determined by the HR team.

Requirements

  • Experience of 2+ years preferred.
  • Able to work as part of a team, and on own initiative.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to converse at all levels effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • A high level of client service skills.
  • Knowledge of all MS Office packages in particular Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Able to prioritize in a fast-moving, high-pressure, constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency.
  • Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
  • Quick learner, detail-oriented; demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
  • Experience of WorkDay desirable.
  • Experience of HR Service a bonus.
  • General understanding of HR policies and procedures an advantage but not essential.
