Real Estate Finance Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join our esteemed team in London on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance lawyer with 5-8 years of PQE to work on cutting-edge real estate and sports finance transactions in a global environment.

Our client, a leading international law firm, is consistently ranked in top legal directories and has earned accolades for their work in real estate finance. Their award-winning team has recently been celebrated for their market-leading reputation.

As a key member of the Real Estate Finance team, you will work closely with partners on a variety of high-profile deals, including the negotiation of main deal documentation, representing lenders and borrowers in structured finance transactions, and advising on cross-border deals. You will be involved in financings relating to real estate sectors such as commercial, industrial, retail, residential, and care facilities.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with strong technical skills in finance work, experience with Loan Market Association agreements, and a working knowledge of lender and borrower requirements. Experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions is a plus, but not essential.
