Real Estate Finance Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join our specialist team of top international Real Estate Finance Lawyers in London.

About the Role

This is a heavily banking focused role, where you will be supporting senior associates and partners on high value transactions, operating at close to trainee level. Your duties may include:

  • Coordinating reports to clients, chasing internal teams on cross-departmental projects, and sending out reports.
  • Preparing legal documents such as board resolutions and director's certificates.
  • Liaising with clients and external high-net-worth individuals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong academics, including a law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year's previous Real Estate/Property Finance experience, ideally from a law firm environment.
  • Ability to work with a busy workload and minimal direct supervision, with confidence in your Real Estate Finance skills.
  • Keenness to grow and gain trainee level experience.
