Nurse Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate staff nurse to join our team at the Wessex Renal and Transplant Service based on the Isle of Wight. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in safety audits and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in renal nursing to provide the best possible care for our patients.
- Current RN registration with the NMC and relevant post-registration qualifications.
- Experience in renal nursing, with a strong understanding of renal care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload, instruct, and direct others as needed.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of patient administration systems.
