About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team in the Chelmsford area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' floral displays and hanging baskets, ensuring they are always looking their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and install interior and exterior plant displays, including hanging baskets and plant maintenance.
  • Work at height, undertaking gardening tasks and ensuring high-quality results.
  • Provide excellent customer care and promote our core values.
  • Follow planned routes and use PDA devices to confirm job requirements and manage site access issues.

  • A competitive salary of up to £25,000 to £26,500, plus a £500 performance bonus.

Requirements
  • A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months.
  • Preferred qualifications are PA1, PA6, Lantra, and NPTC.
