We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team in the Chelmsford area. As a Gardener at phs Greenleaf, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' floral displays and hanging baskets, ensuring they are clean, watered, and trimmed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, clean, water, and trim floral displays and hanging baskets as required
  • Follow planned routes using PDA devices to confirm job requirements, attendance, and manage site access issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote our core values
  • Work at height and undertake gardening, high-level hanging baskets, and plant maintenance
What We Offer
  • Salary of up to £25,000 to £26,500 + £500 performance bonus
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (31 days in total)

Requirements
  • PA1, PA6, Lantra, and NPTC qualifications preferred
  • A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months with less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years
