About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Raleigh Mead Nursing Home in South Molton. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with residents' personal care and mealtimes
  • Organise and participate in social and recreational activities
  • Provide support to help residents maintain their independence
  • Get to know residents and their families to provide the best possible care
