About the Role
As a Team Leader at Central Bedfordshire Council, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to care staff and residents. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the day-to-day running of the home, promoting residents' safety, dignity, and wellbeing. You will work closely with a team of carers to inspire, lead, and represent the council's values and beliefs. Key Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing personalized care plans
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing necessary safeguards
- Leading a team to promote and influence change within the home
