UK Commercial Finance Director

Future PLC is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join its UK Commercial Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the UK Commercial Sales revenue, Cost of Sales and Overheads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team in producing the monthly financial management accounts, performance analysis, and budgets and forecasts.
  • Acting as the finance business partner to the UK Group Commercial Director as part of the senior leadership team.
  • Managing month end reporting & analysis, balance sheet controls for Future PLC UK Commercial.
  • Being the key Finance business partner to the Head of UK Commercial and the lead sales directors.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with greater than 1 year PQE (ACA, CIMA or ACCA).
  • Proven track record of managing, coaching and developing junior team members.
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills with an aptitude for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to understand, review and improve processes and controls.
  • Comfortable driving change across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo, balanced with providing guidance to the business.
  • Positive mindset, proactive and with a can-do attitude.
