Principal Engineer

- Lead complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance to help them develop their skills.
- Develop designs that meet the needs of our clients, taking into account energy conservation, sustainability, and renewable technologies.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional results, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
- Accredited Building Services /Mechanical Engineering degree or higher educational qualification.
- Ideal Chartered engineer or working towards membership.
- Proven experience in project management, design development, and client liaison.
- Strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
Our salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days annual leave.
